1 can (20oz) Dole pineapple chunks drain reserve juice

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/3 cup prepared yellow mustard

2 teaspoons corn starch

1/4 teaspoons ground cloves

In sauce pan combine the pineapple juice and remaining ingredients cook and stir until it thickens and boils. Add the pineapple chunks and heat through. Spoon over ham. Serves 5.

We have a small family so I never doubled this recipe, but I do not see why you can not.

My Father always wanted this sauce for ham.
