NOW that DOES look deliccious!  Would you please make me one in a slice of green pepper?  (I'm terribly sensitive to hot/spicy).Smiley Happy

@ECBG  Sure!

For me, Jalapenos are just slightly hotter than a regular green pepper - compared to Serrano or Habanero.  With the cream cheese combo filling, these Jalapenos are only slightly hot/spicy.

Here's an interesting tip:  If someone wanted more heat in the Jalapenos poppers, just leave in some of the membrane inside of the Jalapenos before filling with the stuffing mxiture, for extra spiciness.

DH and our 2 sons would have jumped all over that!

I can't even touch them.  I had the oil stay on my fingers even though I often wash my hands and it got on my contact.  The doctor coud see it and said I shouldn't work with jalapenos!

DH always makes 7 layer dip (actual 6 b/c I don't like olives).  He also makes margaritas with fresh limes.

OMG, @ECBG I know, I understand, that has happened to me also. Thank goodness you are OK.

I'm going to make those pizza rolls where you take refrigerated pizza crust, cut in 10 pieces, layer w/pepperoni, string mozzarella cheese, wrap them, spread with melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, bake and serve w/pizza sauce.  Never made them before, hope they turn out okay.
