My wife uses this recipe and it's delicious.
Chicken
Cornstarch
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Eggs
Beat eggs with salt and pepper and add chicken and let sit for 15 minutes. Put chicken in cornstarch and coat well and fry.
For the sauce
1 1\2 cups of orange juice
Zest from 1 Orange
1\3 cup Brown sugar
6 table spoons butter
2 teaspoons of hot pepper flakes.. Put how ever much you want. I put just a little
1 1\2' table spoons of Worcestershire sauce.
Mix all together in a pan .bring to a boil then simmer until thick. Toss with chicken.

This sounds good, but what do you do with the orange? Slice it, cut into pieces, something else? Thanks!

Oh sorry.I will update it. You use the zest of a whole orange.

Thanks @Pooky1
I can see me using that orange sauce on a lot of things...shrimp for one!
You could use that orange to get fresh OJ besides zesting it.
I always keep a L&L of orange juice concentrate in my freezer.
That way, I can make OJ for any amount in a recipe.

Thanks @Pooky1 ! That'll add tons of orange flavor. Yum!
