This is my own "put together" combination but everyone seems to love them and always want more.

I use 2-3 day old bakery sub buns or bakery french bread.

Slice about 1/4" thick (short way)....just eye it.

Spread butter over the tops, dust with Penzey granulated garlic, drizzle garlic infused olive oil, sprinkle sea salt and arrange on a single sheet tray pan.....bake on 275 deg for roughly 15-20 minutes until lightly golden brown and somewhat dried out.....do not overbake or they'll be hard as a rock.

Great to use with cheese spreads or use as a base for appetizers or eat just as is.

Store in a sealed bag and last about a week.
