Garlic Shrimp
Shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
8 cloves garlic
1 t thyme
1 t dry mustard
Juice of 12 lemons
Dash of oregano
Dash of cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste
Pour sauce over shrimp and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Serve as hors d’oeuvres or as a salad on a bed of arugula with sliced green onions and some shaved parmesan cheese.
