Just watched a slideshow from WebMD, I love that source. Sweet potatoes are a powerhouse of great nutrients for us.

Me, too. They said the best way to fix them is just to bake them, that's what I do. I love one with just a bit of margarine or butter.
I'm thinking I should branch out and start adding them to things...

I never heard of sweet potato toast before, but I did google it and here's an article with ten ways of making it:

I love sweet potatoes. I usually bake them. Since I'm allergic to dairy I can't use butter so I sometimes pour some coconut milk over it. I sometimes add pumpkin pie spice.
I also like to make oven fries. I cut the sweet potato in long strips, coat with olive oil and bake until browned/crispy.

I like them just baked with nothing on them. They are also good raw cut in strips. A co worker brought them like this in a veggy platter and everyone loved them. Before that I never heard of eatting them raw. Great in a salad.

I love them! They are a great "anytime"food.
This past year, several new varieties showed up at our grocery, and I loved them all! I like buying the microwavable type though because they are smaller (portion wise) and easier to cut than the much larger ones.
Try one for breakfast: I either use baked from the day before and reheat. I have it with a little raw almond butter and cinnamon.
I can't have it these days, but I love Boston Market's sweet potatoes. We always bought it for dessert!
