GRADUATION PARTY RECIPES

Hello all! I would love to get some graduation party recipes that would serve anywhere from 50 to 100 people. My son is graduating high school this year and his party will be in june. I will be making all the food myself. We are renting a hall and it will be from about 4-8 in the evening on a Sunday. So it will be over dinner. Anything to place in the white roasters or in Crockpots would probably save time. I want this to be memorable for him because he's such a special young man. Any time-saving tips would be great also. thanks for your help!
