They are EASY to make and they don't take all day. Simple ingredients - potatoes (cooked, cooled and riced), eggs and flour. You make a dough; let it rest for an hour or two and then roll long "ropes" of dough. Cut them in 1" pieces; press down and roll them with your two fingers and then cook them. They take all of 5 minutes to cook. Really good!

Ewww and no, that's not how you make them. You combine cooked, cooled riced potatoes, eggs and flour. You literally make a dough. Let the dough rest and you make them from there. They are really good and they are worth every bit of carb
