GAME DAY, What did you decide to make??

JALAPENO POPPER DIP

2- 8oz containers of Cream Cheese
1 c mayo
1 c shredded Mexican cheese mix
1 c Parmesan cheese
4 oz can chili's
4 oz Jalapenos (canned or fresh)- use more or less depending on your preference of hotness!
1 c PANKO bread crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
Mix cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, 1/2 c. of Parmesan cheese (save other 1/2 for topping), chilies and jalapenos in food processor. Mix quickly and spread into 2 qt dish. Mix crumbs, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese then add melted butter. Sprinkle over dip. I then lay on cut up peppers on top. This is extra and not included in the above measurement. Bake 375 for 20 min! YUMMY! We serve it with SCOOPS.



HOT FRENCH ONION DIP

1 Lipton secret onion soup mix

1 16oz. sour cream

2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded and divided

1/4 c. mayo

In a one quart casserole combine soup mix, sour cream, 1 3/4 c. cheese, and mayo.

Bake uncovered @ 375 for 20 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve with french bread slices and other dippers.

Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
2 cans (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped (the whole thing)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of salt
cayenne pepper, to taste
black pepper, to taste
