I made some fudge today and after it cooled, it had a gritty texture. I'm wondering if I put it into a double boiler and added some Karo syrup if it might loose that grittiness. Any ideas if this would work or should I just toss it out? I thought if nothing else would work, then I could freeze it and perhaps melt small amounts of it from time to time to pour over ice cream. What do you think????
