I'm freaking out a little.....someone stored my frozen 21 lb turkey in their freezer over the weekend, and was supposed to put it in their fridge Monday am so I could pick it up on Tues....well, long story short, I picked it up last night and it was still in the freezer!!!
(not like we didn't have a looooong conversation about it needing to thaw!!!!)
Anyway, I have it in my fridge and it's pretty hard still this am....at what point do you recommend taking it out of the fridge to defrost, and what's the best method?? TIA!!
