Fried Wontons

1 pound of ground pork, cooked until done

1 bunch of green onion tops, minced

salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste

1 package of Wonton Wrappers.

1.5 to 2 cups oil

Mix the cooked pork, green onion tops, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Take the wonton wrapper and moisten two of the edges. Add a little of the filling, fold over and press the edges to seal. Keep making these until you run out of filling. Put 1.5 to 2 cups of oil in a 3 qt. saucepan on top of the stove. Let oil heat up and fry til brown on each side. I fried 4 at a time. It went very guickly. Drain and serve hot. I ate them with Plum Sauce. Smiley Happy Smiley Happy
