Have ya'll ever heard of this?  I haven't, but thought it might be good using the new Cinnamon Cheerios, using a little cinnamon sugar for seasoning instead of salt.

Fried Cheerios

Ingredients

• 4 cups Cheerios
• 1/4 cup butter (salted butter)
• salt to taste

Directions

In a large skillet, melt-butter over medium to medium-high heat. Add Cheerios, coating well in butter, stir for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, until cheerios are nicely toasted and crispy. Remove, sprinkle with salt…enjoy!

Never heard of this.  Surprised I have not seen this at a state fair.  I'm sorry, but I could not eat that.  BUTTER ! ! ! !  And more BUTTER ! ! ! !

1/4 cup is not much butter...

I like Honey Nut Cherrios with milk or straight outta the box as a snack, but fried?

@traveler Chex mix is definately a down fall of mine!  I like the rice cereal pieces the best!
