Fresh Fruit And Cream Pie.... Light and Delicious!

I recently tried this light and delicous pie from the Pillsbury site.  Who doesn't like fresh fruit and whipped cream?

1 Pillsbury deep dish pie crust

2 cups of heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

3 cups of fresh fruit cut into pieces..(strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches...or a combination)  I used a combination of all four fruits.

Prepare pie crust according to package.  Allow to cool 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine whipping cream and powdered sugar.  Beat until stiff peaks form.  Gently fold in cut fruit pieces.  Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. image.png

That looks so good...I would probably use a graham cracker crust.

It looks delicious!  Reminded me actually of Brach's Jelly nougats.
