French Toast With A Crunchy Crust

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

2 teaspoons sugar

pinch of cinnamon

1/2 cup flake coconut

1/3 cup crushed corn flakes

3 tablespoons butter

4 slices white bread

Blend egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Mix together coconut and corn flafes. Dip bread slices in the egg mixture, then coat with the coconut mixture. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Put bread slices in pan with butter then cook on both sides til light golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup.
