French Toast Waffles

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

4 slices white bread

I a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and vanilla with fork til well mixed. Dip bread in mixture to coat both sides. Place bread in heated waffle iron. Close waffle iron for a minute or two..(keep an eye on it so they don't get too brown. They cook fast. They should be golden brown.
