I have family members that are diabetic so I use 1/2 regular sugar, 1/2 Splenda. I have made it with all Spleanda and for us it is overly sweet. I have not tried Stevia, yet, but it should work as well as Splenda. Stevia does taste sweeter than Splenda so you would naturally use less of it than the Splenda.
