For the crust I used my pizza crust recipe in a mixer put:

3/4 c warm water

2 t yeast

1/2 t sugar

Mix and let set 5 minutes, add 1T oil, then

Add 2 c all purpose flour (10oz)

1 t salt

Mix til dough leaves the sides of til he bowl. Knead a few more min. Or knead by hand. Put in an oiled gallon plastic bag. Put in refrigerator til ready to use. Makes 2 thin crust pizza or 1 big stromboli.

You can use a one pound package of pizza dough or homemade dough. Roll out into a rectangle. In the middle 1/3rd  put whatever meats, cheese and veggies you want, I used sliced ham, pepperoni,  and salami. Mozz. Cheese and sliced onions. Pull the bottom 1/3rd of dough over the meats and press down edges. Then roll one more time, seal edge and ends. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan. Cut slits to let steam out. Bake at 400* for 30 minutes. I heated up some jarred spaghetti sauce to serve on it.

** for 2 thin crust pizzas use the crust above, divide the dough in half. Spread 1 piece on a 13 inch greased pizza pan. Put on your toppings. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then turn up oven to 450 for 5-10 minutes. I use a Lodge cast iron 13 inch  pizza pan or griddle from Walmart. It has loop handles.
