I went to Publix last week to pick up some small butter gold potatoes, and all the "gourmet" potatoes were BOGO, so I got a bag of assorted fingerling potatoes - white, red, and purple. Thus far I've just been cutting them in half, spraying them with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper and baking them, but does anyone have any interesting recipes?
