Fried bologna (in butter) on white bread with mustard!  And of course potato chips on the side!  I rarely have it anymore but loved that growing up.

My  sandwich---for tonights dinner --will be a patty melt. Sauteed up a sweet onion and left over mushrooms for a topping--got some good bread and mont jack cheese, will cook burger patties in the airfryer , a salad and a lovely ripe pear, sliced, and  maybe a few steak fries, also done in the airfryer and THAT will be my fave sandwich------ for today.Woman Wink
