Fav Italian Restaurant closed - so I had to make my own

Eggplant Parm tonight for dinner.

 

I'll take the extra one and make ratatouille - I like it cold with crackers or over pasta.

No this is the smaller baker from K45967 Temptations.

 

I didn't need the larger baker so I packed away -- now I can't "find" it🤷‍♀️

 

I really like this set!

I like eggplant parm a lot.  I never make it at home because I'm the only one who will eat it.
