Fat, soft cookies with raisin filling - recipe, please

These cookies are probably hard to make and I don't know the name of them, but they are oh, so good! They look like 2 big fat round soft sugar cookies stuck together with a round hole in the middle and raisin filling peeping out. Does anyone know which ones I mean? Years ago you could get them from the grocery store and they came in in a pack of 1 or 2 also. Does anyone have a recipe for these? I bet they are a lot of work. Thanks!
