I get a similar sandwich from Primo Hoagie. It is called a Schwartzie. It is turkey breast, Swiss cheese, cole slaw and Russian dressing. 

 

It is the sandwich I order every time I go there.

@JeanLouiseFinch --just bought some hearts of romaine. All I need is bacon. Will get some tomorrow. Might put some caesar salad dressing on it.

@FLgardener That would be a great addition. I'd do that too, or ranch.  DH would as well or spoon on some Duke's mayo.

I usually make my own coleslaw, but if the deli's looks fresh, I buy that.
