FYI ...Cornbread Chili Casserole (Jan Recipe Game)

In January, I posted a recipe for Cornbread Chili Casserole in the January Recipe Game (Food Network/Trisha Yearwood).  I fixed it tonight for dinner.  It was good but next time I would only use two boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix.  There was too much cornbread on top.  I also lessened the chili powder (regular) to 1 1/2 tablespoons....enough spice for us.  This recipe is good for 4-6 people.  Good thing we like leftovers!
