Chiffenade (cut the leaves into strips by rolling them and slicing them thinly) and place with water in ice-cube trays and freeze.  

 

When frozen, place herb cubes in ziploc bags for easy access when needed. Return to freezer and there they will be when you need them.

 

Works for me  - enjoy.
