I made the McRib recipe tonight that you posted. I used fresh pork I get from a local farmer. It's low fat so I had to use some olive oil in the fry pan. I made them fresh instead of freezing them. I used some Paul Prudhomme pork seasoning too. It was so much better then a McRib. At least I know what was in the pork. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
