I came across this Easter tradition a few years ago.  Apparently it is sometimes used to tell the story of the Resurrection to children, but they are also just nice treats for the holiday.

 

Crescent rolls are wrapped around a marshmallow, dipped in butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar.

 

After baking, the roll is opened and the marshmallow is gone.

When I made them we ate them fresh baked, just cooled down a little, and they were delicious.

Made these this morning.  - They are addictive - really really good.  Thanks for the poster who gave us this recipe.
