Electric Pressure Cooker

I am in search of some recipes to make in my CE electric pressure cooker. Hoping to find recipes that are simple for chicken without tomatoes, mushrooms or peppers. Would love to find a recipe for rice sort of indian style with curry coconut milk AND a recipe using veggies like eggplant and zucchini which are plentiful and fresh right now.

I see you are a fairly new poster.  Welcome! 

 

If you will type in "pressure cooker recipes" in the box at the top SEARCH Forums & Blogs, several threads will come up with lots of recipes. 

 

The Recipes thread has really slowed down since we changed to the new format.  People are too busy trying to figure out how it works to take time to post. LOL

 

We have some really great cooks and hope you will join us!

Here are some recipes.  Hint: All the manufactuers of pressure cooker have their recipe books online.  Just google the name of the company.
