9 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 of a green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1-1/4 cup mayonnaise
couple drops of tobasco sauce
2 T McCormick Salad Supreme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-1/2 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/4 chopped parsley
Sprinkle gelatin on 1/2 cup cold water in pot. Heat slowly to dissolve; about 3 minutes. Mix dissolved gelatin with mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Add tobasco sauce, salt, pepper, dill weed, mustard, parsley, salad supreme and mix well. Add eggs, onion, green pepper, celery and stir. Pour into a oiled 2 quart mold (unmolds best in a plastic mold) Chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve as a spread with crackers.
