Here's a great keto dish. It is SOOOO good

1 lb sausage

6 cups of coleslaw mix (I use the whole bag)

4 gloves of garlic

1 T ginger

1 T soy sauce

1 T sesame oil

cook probably about 10 mins until coleslaw is cooked

1/4 c green onions

this is good with rice. I also add chopped water chestnuts and I double the soy sauce and sesame oil.

ENJOY.

@mare54  This sounds good! Do you mince or grate the garlic and ginger?

ETA: No chicken broth or liquid of any kind?

@PA Mom-mom

I mince the garlic as the sausage is cooking. I add less ground ginger. Not a big ginger fan. No liquid needed.

I make this all the time I love it and it is so fast and easy. I don't measure anything I just dump in there. I like change it up and use shrimp, It. sausage, chicken. I also use five spice powder in mine.

I use ground beef in mine.  I make this in a keto friendly version, replacing the soy sauce with liquid aminos and skipping the rice.  Actually had plans to make it tonight but I didn't have the sesame oil.  Next week for sure.

There's a home cook on FB that I watch a lot and she made this.  Her recipe called for a pound of sausage, a bag of cole slaw, 1/4 C Soy Sauce and gound ginger.  I followed her recipe but left out the ginger.  I probably used closer to 1/2 Cup combined total of soy sauce (low Sodium) and Worcestershire Sauce.  I also chopped half an onion and cooked it with the sausage.   The cole slaw mix I used also had a little bit of grated carrot and purple cabbage.   I just had this last night with a salad and it was very good!!!

@mare54

I'm going to try this recipe soon. I put in on my weekly meal plan for next week and I think it should be a hit. My husbands LOVES sauteed cabbage and onions, so this will be a nice addition. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
