This is perfect for a brunch! Prepare it the night before..cook next morning 
Egg Casserole
20 slices bread
1 pound Velveeta cheese
2 slicks margarine
8 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1 pound cooked ham...cubed
Remove crusts from bread slices. Cut bread into cubes. Spread the bread cubes into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt cheese with margarine. Pour over bread. Add cubed ham. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over ham. Refrigerate OVERNIGHT. Bake at 300* for 20 minutes.
