Here in Kansas for awhile you could find 505 Hatch Green Chili products which I really liked. Sadly, now you can only order in bulk and it's not cheap! I live by myself so bulk buying isn't something that I do. One time I was able to buy some hatch chilies and they would roast them for you in a big barrel. They were so good. I froze the majority of them and slowly used them up. Is there a good substitute for fresh you could recommend?
