Re: Easy Rhubarb Dessert Cake Recipe

@Yahooey

Sorry, the notifications may not be working for me.

I don’t have a specific answer to your question. Depends on the length and width of the stalk.

@butterfly123 reminds me of my mom as well.  She grew rhubarb in the garden and we would break off a stalk, dip it in sugar and eat it...as well as the pie she made, yum!

@Mom2Dogs

We didn't have any rhubarb growing, but whenever my mom would buy rhubarb stalks to make rhubarb cobbler, we'd eat the stalks raw (no sugar).

She was a huge fan of Bisquick and would make cobblers all summer.  Our house was built on a former apricot orchard and we still had three heavy-producing apricot trees in our backyard for all that cobbler.

Re: Easy Rhubarb Dessert Cake Recipe

@Mothertrucker  I have alot of Rhubarb and decided to try your recipe.  This cake is so delicious, the custard on the bottom is fabulous, might have to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream when I serve this. !!!!!
