Easy Oven-Barbecued Pork Chops

EASY  OVEN-BARBECUED PORK CHOPS

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In baking dish, arrange 1-inch thick chops.

On top of each chop, place:

 

  2 Tblsp. ketchup

  1 Tbsp. brown sugar

  1 slice onion

  1 slice lemon

 

Cover tighly with foil.  Bake 30-35 minutes.

Remove foil and bake another 30-40 minutes or until done.
