Looks good. My mom used to make them, but I don't know how she did it.

I am trying to remember if the Mug Cake I used to make was low carb or WW.

I've made a mug cake simply by filling a mug about half full of cake mix, a scant teaspoon of oil and adding water until the right consistency.  Cook in microwave on high until top is dry, just a few minutes

Re: *** Easy Mug Cakes ***

[ Edited ]

My niece gave me this recipe for chocolate chip mug cake:

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/8 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

1 egg yolk

scant 1/4 cup flour

2 tbsp chocolate chips

Spray inside surface of mug with PAM.

Mix butter, sugars, egg yolk, vanilla, and salt in mug.

Lightly stir in flour and chips.

Cook in microwave for 45 seconds at 75% power.
