Thanks for the recipe.  I can easily adapt it to be gluten free.  I have seen the Oreo look alike gluten cookies out there.

 

Once  on the beach in Wildwood, a sea gull took a piece of a ham sandwich right out of my adult daugher’s mouth and bit her lip in the process.  I stood up and was swinging a beach towel to chase a whole flock of gulls away that swooped down on us. It was like a scene from Alfred Hitchcock’s  “ The Birds”

 

i’ll bet that was a sight!
