The taste of grilled pineapple is wonderful! I've never had to use cooking spray on them - never had them stick to the grill. Many grocery stores sell small containers of fresh pineapple "spears" or chunks in their produce section. I grill them only long enough to get a few grill marks on them - maybe 3 to 4 minutes on a hot grill and 5 to 6 minutes with medium heat. Leaving them on too long dries them out a bit, but the flavor is still delicious.
