@ECBG  The cake was amazingly delicious.  I didnt have shortening but used refined coconut oil and it worked great.  I also used The Cocoa Trader black Dutched cocoa powder so it made a super dark chocolate delicious cake.  My family loved it.  Thanks again.

@Mumof2 SO glad you loved it!!!  Just keep it cooler, that frosting should have a little body.  If it gets gooey, then it won't have that incredible difference in textures!Smiley Happy
