Here's one of my go-to chicken recipes:
6 boneless chicken breast halves
2 TBSP lemon juice, divided
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
4 oz Basil and Tomato Feta
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in 13 X 9 dish. Drizzle with 1 TBSP lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Top with Feta and remaining lemon juice.
Bake 45 minutes. Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley.
If you only have regular Feta, you can also sprinkle the Feta with Mrs. Dash tomato, basil and garlic.
