This is one of my most requested recipes, and it's so easy !

A 2 Lb. block of Velvetta melted

Stir in 2 Cups of Mayo

Add 5 Oz. or to your taste of horseradish

Serve with crackers, it makes a lot.

@QVCkitty1   Do you serve it hot or warm?  I've never worked with Velveeta.  Does it harden when it cools down?

@ValuSkr , Actually, it's server cold, and is spreadable.

Heres a simple one that was very popular when I lived in Texas.  Dump everything in a slow cooker and serve warm from the cooker.  Great football game fare.

  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained

  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) Velveeta® Original Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

We just call that "queso" in Texas. I sometimes add some browned ground beef or chorizo to make it a side with tortillas...you can add it and roll it up for a burrito, etc.

@Kachina624  Someone always brought a big  crock pot  full when we had pot lucks at work and it never lasted long.  So easy and yummy warm.

@QVCkitty1 This too sounds good.  Thank you for posting the "easy" recipes for those of us who prefer not to spend the season in the kitchen.  Your ez pumpkin bread was also good!!

@mspatmac    Exactly!  I've eaten a gallon of that stuff at office pot lucks.  It's always popular and everyone seems to like it.  What could be easier?
