@We rescue cats  Happy to hear you enjoyed them.  I too like that it's one pan and done.  Don't forget, you can change out the protein to shrimp or chicken, but I might do a quick saute on chicken first to make sure it's cooked.  I've also found that when I was out of packaged fajiata mix, I used package taco mix with equally good resuts.

@ciao_bella , your sheet pan meal looks delicious.  Thank you for sharing this. I would have never thought about cooking the steak on the sheet pan this way.
