Doughnut Hole Custard Pudding
6 doughnut holes
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 3/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 400*. Cut the doughnut holes in half. Put them in the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add salt, nutmeg, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Pour over doughnut holes. Bake for about 25 minutes OR til the a knife inserted near the middle comes out clean. While it bakes, the doughnut holes will rise to the top.
