A restaurant review in an old New Yorker showed roasted cauliflower, done to a point of light charring. They used whole heads, but I'm thinking florets would cook faster?

I use the recipe at eatingwell.com. It is florets.

I break it up, pour olive oil, garlci powder s & p, roast high heat 425 f.....fora about 15 "".....YUM....

@depglass love roasted cauli. i always do florets. little olive oil, salt, hot oven. roast about 15-20 mins. stirring once or twice. good hot or cold in a salad. yum.

Instead of florets, I slice the whole thing into a quarter inch slices then break them up into smaller pieces. I like the to roast flat instead of the rounder florets.
Evoo and s&p roast in a hot oven till browned.

I like to cut it up because more surface area means more flavor. :-)
I use olive oil, salt, and garlic. After it's done cooking, I squeeze lemon juice on it. Delicious!

We had roasted cauliflower in a restaurant, they made cauliflower steaks and grilled them it was very very good

I've had roasted cauliflower in a restaurant, but never done it at home. It tasted pretty good to me.

There is a pizza chain, Anthony’s Coal Fire Pizza that has roasted cauliflower as a topping......very good.
