I use it in soups and stews - all of them delicious. Morroccon stew w/lentils is one favorite.
Search allrecipes dot com or vegetariantimes dot com for recipes. That's where I get all my recipes.

@Scooby Doo -- You made me laugh. I'm with you and @AuntG. I'm sure there's some perfectly good kale out there somewhere, but the last I had just ruined an otherwise perfectly good salad and some perfectly good bacon, too!
