want a light pot pie crust? use layers of phyllo dough..... it is amazing!

 

dont want to make a pot pie at all? i recently tried sams club pot pie. i brushed it with some melted butter and sprinkled paprika on top. it is sooooooo delicious!

Have you tried it with Puffed Pastry? It is super light and poofy - so pretty when it comes out of the oven.

@sunshine45 :  I feel the same way about Costco's pot pie, and I don't even like them most of the time.  It is delicious.
