       I had to look to see who posted this because I thought maybe I had and forgotten!!     My tastes exactly.      I used to have a glass of a really bold good red with filet mignon but now I drink champagne with it.  I also like a good French rose'.  There may be one out there but I haven't had a Prosecco that I could drink.  Awful stuff.
