Do you make a menu for the week?

Hi! I enjoy reading and getting the recipes that are posted. So, I decided to ask if you plan a menu for the week? It is just my DH and myself so leftovers can get boring. I start out with good ideas and plenty in the pantry, but I don't always follow through. I hate wasting food for something I thought I was going to do. Tonight I am making a Rachael Ray recipe. I'll post it if we like it.
