Disgustingly Dry Peaches.. Recipe Help...

I got several pounds of peaches from Walmart that were grown in GA, but they are so dry you will spit them out most likely trying to eat them. What can I do with them as far as making peach conserve, pie filling, jam etc., that I do not have to toss these peaches ?
