Can anyone tell me where the recipe is that Tina Vernelli says is posted somewhere on qvc.   It was with the today's special today of the KitchenAid Pro 600 .   Thank you!

Ingredients

  • 1 package, (8-ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese – Room Temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pitted castelvetrano olives or other pitted green olive, no pimiento
  • 1 tablespoon brine from olive jar
  • 2 tablespoons snipped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons vodka optional

Instructions 

  1. Use an electric mixer, I use my KitchenAid stand mixer fitted with the flex edge beater – beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix until well combined. Chill for 3 hours or overnight (will get thicker as the mixture chills and the cream cheese firms up.)
