Dilled Chicken with Potatoes

I made this yesterday and thought I'd share - it is really good. It is kind of like a stew in the end, but smelling it all day long, boy was it good when I finally got to eat it!!!
Dilled Chicken with Potatoes

1 14 oz. can chicken broth,1/4 set aside
1 lb. Small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 10 oz. Frozen green beans
1 Table. Prepared mustard
2 Table. Oil
1 tsp. Salt
6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
½ tsp. Pepper
1 onion, sliced
In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup broth, cornstarch, mustard, salt and pepper and set aside. Place the onion, potatoes and green beans in bottom of crock pot.
In skillet, brown the chicken. Place chicken in pot. Add rest of broth and bring to boil in skillet. Stir the broth and cornstarch mixture and slowly pour into boiling broth. Cook stirring for 1 minute. Pour liquid into pot and stir.
Cover, Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
(I used chicken thighs and I don’t use as much salt given. Plus, my potatoes were the really small red ones, so I didn’t quarter them. And, I added a package of little carrots)
This was a great recipe that I’ll be making more often!!
